This is simply a one-size hat with built in headphones. I recevied this as a gift, so I am not sure how much it cost, but I am sure it wasn't cheaper than a decent pair of headphones. Why did I give it a thumbs down? Well, because this is not benefit of such a hat versus a normal hat put on over your usual headphones. At least when you are inside a building you can still listen to your music without looking like a fool with a hat one, because there is a good track going on. The reason I am also writing this review, is that I had actually seen a very positive review of it in a highly reputable newspaper and it made me angry. Yes, it is mainly geared towards listening to music, but you might as well use normal headphones, as this hat doesn't make it any safer.
The only positive thing about I have noticed it, is that because of the headphones, I actually put it together with my gadget pile instead of my clothes. As a result, when it does get cold I tend to use it, because it is only hat I can find in the house :) If after all you want to get one, they seem to be only available in the UK: iLogic's Headphone Hat
